Homevest is a mobile platform that enables anyone to purchase shares in single-family rental properties for as little as $100.
The company specializes in buying and renting single-family homes in thriving regions. It then passes along rental income to fractional shareholders, similar to a business paying dividends to shareholders. If and when the property is sold, Homevest passes along those capital gains, too.
